YAGEO gas discharge tube

Gas discharge tubes (GDT) provide protection against hazardous transient voltages. With the ability to dissipate a large amount of energy, high insulation resistance, low capacitance, and leakage, GDT ensures minimal impact on equipment during transient overvoltage events.

NTC thermistor

Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) thermistor products have excellent thermal cycling resistance and provide high surge current protection capability.

YAGEO's PPTC Thermistor

Polymer positive temperature coefficient (PPTC) thermistor can achieve surface mount overcurrent protection, suitable for applications that require resettable protection in compact spaces. Providing fast response to faulty components ranging from tens of milliseconds to seconds, it is highly suitable for ultra portable applications with limited space and low device current, such as USB peripherals, disk drives, mobile phones, and port protection.

Spark gap protector

Spark gap protectors (SPGs) have low junction capacitance, which can meet the quality requirements of telecommunications applications and have a faster response speed than gas discharge tubes.

Thyristor Surge Suppresser 

Thyristor surge suppressor (TSS) has fast response speed and excellent clamping capability, which can prevent overvoltage spikes.

Guoju TVS diode

Transient voltage suppressors (TVS) provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for sensitive components of electronic circuits. They can use devices with capacitance values as low as 0.5 pF to protect digital signals, or to protect power supply wiring from ESD levels up to 30 kW peak power. Circuit protection devices can be used as multi-channel arrays and discrete single line protection.

Varistor

KEMET varistors provide transient energy distribution and are suitable for various applications, including automotive electrical systems, telecommunications infrastructure, and medical devices. Most varistor product combinations are AEC-Q200 certified.
