Ultra thin power solution

The fully integrated slim power solution provided by MPS is the best power solution choice for acceleration cards. It integrates inductors internally, with a thickness of only 2.0mm or thinner. The entire power solution can be placed on the back of the accelerator card or under the heat sink, which can easily save space on the upper part of the circuit board and enhance the working potential of the accelerator card.

MPS Intelli Modules can meet the high-performance computing needs of increasing current capacity with a compact and compact package. Intelli Modules integrates all the components required for the power supply phase: inductors, capacitors, and MPS' latest Intelli PhaseTM chip with Quiet SwitcherTM (QST) technology. Intelli Modules are highly scalable and can support power systems ranging from hundreds to several kilowatts when used in conjunction with multiphase controllers.
