DRAM module

Hosted NAND

The increasingly complex requirements for error correction and data management in NAND flash memory pose a challenge for embedded designers. Our fully managed devices such as eMMC, UFS, and SSD facilitate almost seamless technological transformation by internally handling media management and error correction codes (ECC). Hosted NAND releases host controllers, thereby improving speed and system performance - saving a significant amount of software and hardware development resources. NAND flash memory

NOR flash memory

NOR flash devices have a usable density of up to 2Gb and are primarily used for reliable code storage (boot, application, in place execution of [XIP] code for operating systems and embedded systems) as well as frequently changing small data storage. NOR flash provides an easy to implement and fastest bootable storage solution for systems, and due to its underlying unit structure, requires minimal continuous management. NOR flash memory is inherently more reliable than other solutions due to its underlying unit structure.
