Industrial digital I/O interface IC
High voltage industrial digital input (DI) and digital output (DO) signals are also known as binary signals, with amplitudes typically ranging from 0 to 24V. Digital I/O signals are widely used in industrial automation and control equipment, working in harsh and noisy environments to transmit the on/off status of devices between remote devices and controllers. Our industrial digital I/O IC is used to support voltage level conversion while providing circuit protection. Most of these devices also provide digital serial conversion to reduce the cost of digital signal isolation.
Sensor interface IC
The sensor interface IC can directly connect to the sensor unit and provide the required signal conditioning functions, extracting accurate signal information for system monitoring.

IO-LINK transceiver and binary driver
IO-Link ® It is a 3-wire industrial communication standard that connects sensors and actuators to the control network. In IO Link applications, the transceiver serves as a physical layer access microprocessor that runs data link layer protocols, supporting digital inputs and outputs up to 24V. Maxim provides transceivers that support all IO Link specifications. The binary driver adopts a standard 24V, 3-wire industrial interface. These drivers typically support high side (pnp), low side (npn), or push-pull configurations, providing normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) logic. Maxim's binary driver integrates transient protection function, meets the IEC 60255-5 standard, can withstand surges up to ± 1.3kV, and provides OTP programming options for setting 3.3V or 5V output and power on reset (POR) delay.
Level converter
Level converters provide connections for devices operating at different voltages. Maxim offers a variety of unidirectional and bidirectional high-speed level, logic level, and smart card level converters.
