Biometric sensor
Xinke biometric sensors can solve optical heart rate (HR) monitoring and electrocardiogram (ECG) problems for various wearable applications. Our solutions range from providing single sensor products with the best power consumption and performance in the same category, to integrating integrated modules with LED, photodiode, and analog front-end into algorithms and wireless MCUs to transmit HR information via Bluetooth for a complete monitoring solution. Using our sensors can consume less power and achieve higher accuracy, while our system level integration and advanced feature set can simplify the design of HR monitoring solutions and shorten time to market.
Single chip relative humidity and temperature sensor
Our Si70xx is an advanced relative humidity and temperature sensor that utilizes mature humidity measurement technology with polymer dielectric films and employs CMOS mixed signal integrated circuits. Application: Asset tracking; Industrial monitoring; IoT nodes.
Magnetic sensor
The magnetic sensors widely used by SILICON are designed for open/close or position detection, with optimal power consumption and sensitivity, which can extend battery life, expand usage range, and reduce the size/cost of magnetic components. Our solution includes several advanced features, including I ² C configuration, tampering detection, and built-in temperature sensing.
Optical sensor IC equipment
Xinke optical sensors can sense UV index, ambient light, distance proximity, heart rate/pulse oximetry, as well as the movement of 2D or 3D gestures. Application: Thermostat; Door and window sensors; Sunlight collection node.
Temperature sensor
The Xinke temperature sensor provides a wide range of accuracy from ± 0.1 ° C to ± 1 ° C, with industry-leading power consumption capabilities, which can extend the battery life of the system. These sensors can operate at frequencies up to 400kHz through an I ² C interface and have packaging sizes as small as 2x 2mm or 3x3mm.
