Universal rectifier diode

A typical rectifier diode is a diode with a PN junction, used to rectify alternating current with commercial frequencies (50Hz/60Hz). They are also used as diodes to protect the power supply from reverse connections or reverse currents. Features: Low forward pressure drop; Low leakage current. Application: Power supply; Industrial equipment.

Schottky diode

Schottky barrier diodes are not PN junctions, but diodes that utilize the potential barrier between semiconductor materials and metal electrodes, such as Schottky barriers. Compared to typical PN junction diodes, they have lower forward voltage (VF) characteristics and shorter reverse recovery time (trr), making them suitable for switching operations. However, the reverse current (IR) is larger than that of traditional PN diodes.

Transient suppression diode

SMAJ, SMBJ, and SMCJ series TVS diodes are popular forms of general-purpose transient voltage suppression diodes.
