The predecessor of this name was the Department of Electrochemistry at Tokyo Institute of Technology, where Dr. Kato, Goro, and Dr. Takei taught. In 1983, the name was officially changed to TDK Corporation, taking the first letter of the original name Tokyo Denki Kagaku Science, and began to engage in the commercial development and operation of this magnetic material. Looking ahead, TDK will further expand its business scope in China. The new strategy covers multiple areas such as customer service, manufacturing, and product development.
