Integrated current sensor chip: Hall effect sensor chip, integrated current conductor, built-in anti stray field capability, suitable for currents up to 50A.

Inductive position sensor

Melexis has over a decade of investment in inductive position sensing chip solutions. A brand new ASSP product line has been officially released, including analog and digital output versions, specifically designed to address the challenges of electronic machines, electronic brake boosters, and electric power steering applications. High speed inductive angle sensor chip supporting analog output: MLX90510 is a high-speed inductive angle sensor chip used for absolute rotational motion/position detection in safety critical automotive applications. The chip provides analog (sine/cosine) output.
