American Ohmite Manufacturing Company

Ohmite Manufacturing Company in the United States was founded in 1925 by its founder David David T. Siegel started operating a small shop in the west of Chicago. The company focuses on producing carbon film and wire wound patch resistors for the rapidly growing radio industry in Chicago. As the electronics industry grows and develops together, Ohmite's services have always changed according to customers' design requirements. In the United States, Ohmite offers a full range of products including inductors, capacitors, and more, including industrial/military applications. There are the following series: OHMITE high-voltage resistors, current detection resistors, used in high-precision applications such as electric meters.
